The JCFS Mental Health team, in partnership with CMHA present INVITATION TO CHANGE.

This 12-week Program welcomes family and friends of those struggling with substance use issues.

Learn how to encourage change for you and your loved one, in a place of openness and support.

Sessions start on September 17, 2024 and run for 12 weeks until December 3, 2024.

This Program will take place at the Canadian Mental Helath Association office located at 930 Portage Avenue.

There is no admission fee, but you do have to register to participate.
