Are you impacted by someone's substance use or addiction and are not sure what you can do, or how to cope?

The Canadian Mental Health Association in partnership with Jewish Child & Family Service are offering a 12-week workshop to help family members and friends of those struggling with substance use issues. Starting September 17 and running for 12 consecutive weeks from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm, these discussions will be grounded in compassion, connection, and the belief that you can do something to help your loved one.
