Gwen Secter

 

The Gwen Secter Creative Living Centre is a multipurpose senior centre and a member of the Manitoba Association of Multipurpose Senior Centres. It promotes the physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing of older adults, independent living and participation in community life.

Stay Young Club 

 

The Stay Young Club runs from September until July at the Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community Centre. The program is designed to enhance quality of life and provide opportunities for maintaining wellness through social, cultural, educational and fitness programs.
