The Public Affairs and Advocacy Committee (PAAC) works with Winnipeg’s ethnic community leaders, special interest groups, religious organizations and community members on projects and programming of shared interest. We are in active communication with many ethno-cultural communities on various issues including commemoration and cultural events.
