Passover in the Matzah Aisle!

On Apr. 21+25, the Winnipeg Jewish community took part in its first annual Jewish Outreach Institute program, “Passover in the Matzah Aisle” at Safeway Grant Park. A Rabbi & volunteers from Federation & JSA-Hillel set up a table in the Matzah aisle to help give out Passover info & engage Jewish shoppers with all things Pesach! They distributed free haggadahs, recipes, Chametz sale forms & much more. It was a resounding success & hopefully this program will continue to grow and happen before every Pesach!
